Instant Messaging and File / Directory Sharing

iGestCom has an instant messaging module that allows users of the software package to exchange with each other over the local network and without using the internet, if they are connected. You can also save the exchanges.

Users can therefore exchange between them (« chat »), but also share files that will be stored at the previously configured share directory.

There are also share directories attached to different modules of iGestCom, which allows a centralization of common files between different users. You can thus attach to a client quote the file that allowed you to perform the quote (supplier estimate, …), to group in a call for tenders the CPS, the RC, but also your proposal, to group at the setting up your company the administrative file (status, commercial register, …) …
