iGestCom allows you to do prospecting by mailing. 2 client mailing modules exist, one in text format and the other in HTML format. This module is linked to the client management module and works via a multicriterion search (you can select by activity, city, … and then send a batch).

This action automatically feeds the commercial actions management module, which makes it possible to identify and follow all commercial actions carried out by the sales team. Any commercial action is reported on this module, which allows to keep track of the history of the customer relationship.

You can also target « dormant » customers (without any commercial action), or customers who have already been approached by mailing, … to relaunch a second time.
