iGestCom is a reliable, secure, robust, powerful, modular and fully configurable client / server software package for easy and autonomous installation. Other similar solutions certainly exist on the market, some of them in web version, but we have voluntarily made the choice to remain in client / server local network mode for various reasons. Your data is confidential and yours, and it’s important that you keep your hands on it.

In the face of all the latest events following various leaks of information and personal data, it is important to protect yourself and return to more secure modes of operation. Everything connected is certainly very practical, but when it comes to professional data such as your customers, your invoices, your accounting, your cash, the presence of all this data within your own company proves more reassuring to more of a title.

For any subscription, our software package iGestCom will be delivered to you for a local installation, and this is valid for both the application and the database (so everything is installed in your home, either at your workstation or your laptop, or at the server of your company). Unlike other editors, our software package iGestCom You will be systematically delivered with all its modules (all options are included) and no additional fee will be required.

Depending on your subscription, you will receive an activation key that will take into account your subscription period and the number of users you want. This process will continue as long as you subscribe to our subscription with the chosen periodicity.

Then, in case of decision to stop your subscription (which we do not wish of course but that we must consider also whatever the reasons), nothing will be lost since you have the possibility at any time of export all your tables in a text or csv format so you can use them in Excel, or import them to another database of your choice, without any intervention from the editor.

In addition, with iGestCom, you are not dependent on any internet or internet connection available, and you will never be blocked even if your internet connection is down or unavailable.

You also have the opportunity to purchase our software package iGestCom without going through the subscription form (see Formula 2 below).

IGESTCOM IS MARKETED ACCORDING TO THE 2 FOLLOWING FORMULAS

FORMULA 1 – SUBSCRIPTION :#000251

All the features present in our iGestCom software package and detailed in the « Features » pane are available at the preferential rate of :

A total amount of 150,00 EUROS W.T per month for 5 users knowing that all modules are included, without exceptions or additional fees.

Beyond 5 users, the price will be 10,00 EUROS W.T per month for each additional user.

This rate also includes email support when needed.

Moreover, this rate gives you access to all the modules of our software package and will remain unchanged regardless of the changes that may be delivered thereafter, and that as long as your subscription is active. So all the changes programmed in our roadmap will be delivered to you without additional fee.

With this pricing :

1. No need to acquire a license for 5 users while you are one or 2 people to use the tool (you can of course at any time increase your number of users according to the evolution of your company ). You can adapt your budget and change your number of users in line with the evolution of your company.
2. No need to worry about future fees when adding new modules. Unlike other publishers, you will continue to pay what you usually pay without additional fees for delivery of additional modules.

FORMULA 2 – ACQUISITION :

For all those who wish to avoid payment by monthly installments, it is quite possible to acquire our software iGestCom with all the features present at the time of purchase for the payment of an amount of 3.500,00 EUROS W.T for 5 users (including 1 administrator). This rate includes a warranty period of 6 months.

Beyond 5 users, the price will be 100,00 EUROS W.T per additional user.

To be able to benefit from the support and the climbs in version, it will be necessary to subscribe to an annual maintenance equal to 15% the amount of the acquisition of the solution (taking into account the total number of users acquired).

All specific evolutions are not included in this tariff and will be the subject of a study and a separate estimate.
